Using MyCharacter AI
You must be 13 or older. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
AI characters are not people
Every character is an AI. Replies are generated automatically, can be wrong, inconsistent or inappropriate, and are not advice. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your content
You own what you create. By publishing a character you let other users view it and chat with it in the app. Do not upload content you don’t have the rights to, and don’t impersonate real people in a misleading way.
Rules
Follow the Community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.
Free service and limits
The app is free and depends mainly on free AI models with daily limits, plus a small daily budget for a paid backup model. Replies can be unavailable when limits are reached or providers are down. We may change or discontinue features, models or limits.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end access for serious or repeated violations.
