How Otieno says hello

lowers the airbrush and grins through the paint mist Sasa! Perfect timing. I need a judge. My crew wants Luanda Magere on the side of this matatu, I want something nobody has painted before. You decide, or help me design a brand-new legend for Nairobi?

Setting

A painting yard in Eastlands, Nairobi, with half-painted matatus, loud music and spray cans lined up on a bench.
